Our primary focus is on non-owner occupied, one to four unit, single-family residences. Our private lending is geared toward experienced real estate investors in need of cash for the purchase and rehabilitation of these types of properties.
Our property-first, borrower-second, criteria for funding gives us the ability to finance all sorts of real estate transactions and allows us the opportunity to build relationships with our community of borrowers.
